Beet the Odds!!!

***Before making any smoothie for yourself, consult with a physician if you have any ailments or health concerns.***

To be honest, I was pleasantly surprised at how sweet this
smoothie ended up tasting, especially since beets are part of the ingredients.
I cannot stand the taste or smell of beets.

Even though the taste of beets is sort of prevalent, the other ingredients definitely kick in to make the experience a good one, especially knowing that you’re helping your body fight diabetes. Beet juice is pretty awesome as well. If you’re exercising while doing smoothies, beet juice gives an extra source of energy, which could help you exercise for a longer period of time. Again, consult with your physician if you want to take this route and have concerns.
